Ok, if you have scrolled this far you must have completed Step Number One and you really want to pay with PayPal and have your money applied to your submitted AZVT Membership form that you submitted in Step Number One.

We have had people pay with PayPal with out completeing Step Number One and we have had no idea who the money was from so we had a party with it. We like parties so if you have not completed Step Number One then please continue. If you have completed Step Number One then also please continue.
PS. We really wish we did not have to make this so clear but Please Complete Step Number One before proceeding.
