VETERINARY TECHNICIAN (Full time):
Houston Zoo
Performs a variety of tasks related to animal health management including diagnostic radiology, laboratory and surgical procedures, therapy/treatment techniques, record keeping, animal husbandry and restraint. Two years experience in animal care, preferably in a veterinary clinic or zoo is preferred. Zoo or exotic animal laboratory experience is preferred. Completion of an accredited veterinary technician program with the ability to become registered in the state of Texas is required.
